The system is tailored to match your business, and can incorporates VAT, including flat rate VAT schemes.

Data entry by the client is in the payment and receipts schedules, as shown above, with other pages which are updated automatically.
These include the cash flow summary and analysis summary for the whole year, which is extremely useful whilst preparing accounts. Slightly off screen in this screenshot are the VAT return schedules whereby each quarter's VAT can be calculated automatically.
This system also includes simple sales and purchase ledgers, if required.
