of charge.
This online
bookkeeping and accounting package is designed to allow clients to easily
record all their business transactions throughout the year.
For interested clients
we will arrange a demonstration and then tailor the system to exactly suit
your bookkeeping requirements.
Training and support
is given to clients who decide to use the online bookkeeping and accounting
system.
We believe that there
are a number of positive advantages to many of our clients using this
system:
- Data entry is simple.
- The data is available to you at all times but
throughout the year, with your permission our staff may view your
bookkeeping online in 'real time'.
- There is no necessity to back-up data daily –
however we do recommend that you download your own copy of the data on a
monthly basis..
- You do not need any
software, just access to the internet via a PC, laptop, Mac.
- At the year end we
can easily import your bookkeeping data into our in own 'Iris'
system.

The online bookkeeping and accounting system is also ideal for clients who
want Hanley & Co's trained staff to look after their bookkeeping for them. These
clients will still be able to log onto the internet to view the up to-date
data and produce summary reports throughout the year.
