We can initially look at helping you with developing your business plan, raising the funds for your new venture and advise on the correct structure of your business, whether it is more advantageous to be: Sole trader / Partnership / Limited Company / LLP / A mix of these.
We will explain clearly the differences between the various options, calculate any tax savings, and make clear the advantages and disadvantages with various options.

All our initial advice before you set up in business is free. If you decide to go ahead, we will quote a nominal fee to cover our costs of the Incorporation and all the initial work to get you 'up and running'. This will include completion of all the relevant paperwork, advice concerning Directors and Shareholders, helping you with opening a bank account (often a lengthy task with various security checks etc), and help with obtaining your VAT and PAYE registration where necessary (again, a lengthy task with identity checks).
We will advise regarding:
- Business stationery.
- Websites and domain names.
- Bookkeeping records etc.
- Insurances.
- PAYE and payroll preparation.
- VAT registration, charging and recording.
- Staff and Employment Law.
- Shareholder Agreements.
- Notifying relevant authorities and completing relevant paperwork which can be quite daunting (eg failure to notify HMRC within three months of beginning to trade will incur automatic fines). We can use prerequisite documentation and file these on your behalf.
Of course, we will ensure you adopt best practice accounting procedures and we even provide Free Bookkeeping packages to assist you.

In recent years we have spent a great deal of time studying some of the most up to date direct marketing concepts and techniques, which can be used as 'business building tools'.
We want to pass this information on to you, and translate it into your business.
