WE OFFER:
EXPERIENCE - For over twenty years we have been advising a wide range
of clients. Our Partners and staff have worked in professional
accountancy practices all their working lives and their experience with
other similar clients, businesses or situations will show when they respond
to your urgent query. Seven out of eight of our staff are qualified
(by examination) in
their own right.
PERSONAL SERVICE - All clients' affairs are supervised by our Partner
Dean Logan. Personal service and positive advice at all times.
FLEXIBILITY - We will work the way you want to work with meetings, by phone
or letter or by email. We will arrange meetings at times to suit
you.
PROMPT AND PROACTIVE - We will respond to your phone calls, letters and
emails promptly (usually within minutes rather than hours). We
will set a timetable for the completion of your annual accounts and ,
subject to the availability of information from you we will do our utmost
to stick to our promises. We are proud that we have never let a client
down with the late filing of a personal Self Assessment Return and fully intend
to maintain this unbeaten record.
TRUST - Naturally, our services are regulated by
the Institute of Chartered Accountants' Practice Assurance Scheme but in our
experience, trust is rapport and a personal connection, that we aim to
quickly establish, so you can call on us for advice and help at any
time.
FEES THAT ARE FAIR - With all new clients we will
always provide an estimate of the expected fees in advance. We will
always provide in writing a maximum expected fee level so you are aware of
the possible charges. We will then do our utmost to ensure that we
complete your work efficiently and keep the fees to the minimum
necessary. Fees can be paid by monthly instalments spread over the
year or over a couple of months after the work has been completed. We
can also now accept payment by debit or credit card depending on your
requirements.

Once you have decided to appoint Hanley & Co we
will deal with all the necessary paperwork promptly and keep you fully
informed.
If you are changing from other accountants we will
write to the accountants and the tax office to obtain all the information
required to allow a smooth handover. You sign the authority forms and
leave us to get on with it.
